For non-monitored products (the Freedom Alert and Guardian Alert 911 Plus), returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Products must be returned in re-sellable condition in their original packaging to avoid additional charges. LogicMark does not provide return shipping labels. After we receive your approved returned item, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. A restocking fee of $25.00 will be withheld from each returned order. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item for your refund to post.

For monitored products (the Freedom Alert Mini and Freedom Alert Max), returns are accepted after three monthly payments have been received for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Products must be returned in re-sellable condition in their original packaging to avoid additional charges. LogicMark does not provide return shipping labels. After we receive your approved returned item, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Monthly recurring charges will continue until the product has been received in our Louisville fulfillment center. A restocking fee of $25.00 will be withheld from each returned order. For those customers who paid for an annual subscription, a prorated refund will be issued, net of any applicable charges. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item for your refund to post.
