Chia-Lin Simmons joined LogicMark (NASDAQ: LGMK) as CEO on June 14, 2021. Before LogicMark, Ms. Simmons was the CEO and Co-Founder of LookyLoo, a patent-pending AI social commerce company. She is active in the AI, automotive, mobility, digital media / music and e-commerce technology space as an executive, advisor and board member. Prior to LogicMark and LookyLoo, Ms. Simmons was an executive at a number of high visibility technology companies. She was the former Head of Global Partner Marketing for Google’s Google Play Music and the Google Play Store; former VP of Marketing & Content for Harman International / Samsung; former VP of Marketing and General Manager of Playphone North America; a senior business development executive at Time Warner/ AOL, as well as the former VP of Strategic Alliances at Audible / Amazon.

Ms. Simmons serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee for Servco Pacific, a global automotive and consumer goods company with businesses in mobility and automotive distribution and sales as well as entertainment through Fender Guitar. Ms. Simmons is also a board member New Energy Nexus, an international organization that support clean energy entrepreneurs with funds, accelerators and networks. She is an active angel investor in technology and founded the #bindersproject, which helps connected women tech founders with global funders looking to accelerate them. Ms. Simmons graduated Magna cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from U.C. San Diego. She received her MBA from Cornell University, where she received a full-ride scholarship and stipend as a Park Leadership Fellow and built the Big Red Incubator as a Managing Partner. Ms. Simmons earned her JD from George Mason University School of Law and is a licensed New York State attorney.

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Archer joined LogicMark in July 2021 as interim Chief Financial Officer. He has spent over 40 years in consumer centric and technology businesses, serving in general management, finance, operations and marketing roles. With over 30 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in both public and private companies ranging in size from start-ups to companies with multi-billion dollar revenue streams, Mr. Archer has worked with many top tier venture capital and private equity firms.

Prior to joining LogicMark, Mr. Archer was CFO of Saxco International, a private equity owned middle market distribution company. Mr. Archer was hired to restructure the business, execute a new go-to-market strategy, then sell the Company, which he successfully completed in 18 months. Prior to joining Saxco International, Mr. Archer was President & CEO of SmartBee Controllers, a technology company manufacturing hardware products based on IoT technology, targeted at both the B2C and B2B space.

Mr. Archer received his B.S. in Business Administration and M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Southern California, where he was a Presidential Scholar. He serves on the Board of JaM Cellars, a Napa based wine and spirits company.

Senior Vice President of Sales

Jeff Durkin joined LogicMark in June 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales. He brings over 20 years of experience leading sales organizations across the healthcare and health technology sectors. Mr. Durkin has extensive experience in building and scaling sales teams in both early-stage companies and established enterprises.

Prior to joining LogicMark, Mr. Durkin served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InfoMC, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy and commercial expansion within the care management and behavioral health markets. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Casenet, InstaMed (a J.P. Morgan company), and HMS (acquired by Gainwell Technologies), where he led teams serving payers, providers, and government agencies nationwide.

Mr. Durkin earned his M.B.A. from Anna Maria College and holds a B.S. in Marketing from Fitchburg State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Matt Andrews joined LogicMark in September 2025 as Vice President of Business Development. He brings over 15 years of experience as a senior enterprise sales and business development leader across the telecommunications and wireless connectivity sectors. He has a proven track record of scaling revenue, forging strategic partnerships, and driving go-to-market strategies that have redefined how organizations leverage wireless WAN and 5G/LTE solutions. Mr. Andrews has held senior roles at Inseego Corp, Cradlepoint (part of Ericsson), and AT&T, where he successfully launched first-to-market enterprise 5G offerings, expanded multimillion-dollar carrier businesses, and enabled large-scale public safety and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Mr. Andrews earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands, as well as a Professional Cybersecurity certification from Champlain College.

Rafael moved to the US 25 years ago to lead the engineering team of Liikkuva Systems, a GPS navigation pioneer startup, which was later purchased by Motorola. He was Motorola’s Navigation Software Architect, leading the development of one of the first-ever server-based GPS navigation systems for the UK and US markets, which later became OnStar Navigation. After Motorola, Rafael started GGT, a consulting firm in Silicon Valley, and was a technology consultant for Qualcomm and multiple startups. He founded GGT-Meridian in CA and Bogotá, Colombia, a software outsourcing company developing mobile, analytics, ML, IoT and blockchain. Rafael and his Meridian team held multiple international blockchain hackathons in 2018.

Rafael graduated as a BS in CS with highest honor at Colombia’s National University. He is named as inventor in various patents in geo-spatial, mobile, analytics, blockchain and connected car technologies. Rafael is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Robert A. Curtis is 35-year veteran in the biosciences industry. Dr. Curtis currently serves as a consultant to emerging technology companies. He recently served as the Executive Chairman and Director of the Trudeau Institute in Saranac Lake, NY, and prior to this he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Regional Technology Development Corporation, a non-profit organization in Woods Hole, MA, where he was responsible for identifying and commercializing technology from the Marine Biological Laboratory and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. Dr. Curtis has been a founder and CEO of several companies, including HistoRx, Inc, a tissue proteomics company, Cape Aquaculture Technologies, Inc. which developed enhanced non-genetically modified fish, Lion Pharmaceuticals/Phoenix Drug Discovery LLC, a novel business model to develop and commercialize university-based technology from some of the leading biomedical institutions in the world.

He assisted in the founding of Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc, which applied denitrification technology to wastewater with the company being sold in 2017. He was co-founder of and CEO of CombiChem, Inc which was purchased by Dupont Pharmaceuticals and served as founding President and CEO of MetaMorphix, Inc., a joint venture between Genetics Institute, Inc. and The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Curtis held senior management positions at Pharmacopeia, Inc., Cambridge Neuroscience, Inc., and Pfizer, Inc., He also served as Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. He currently serves on the board or as an advisor to a number of private entrepreneurial companies and has served as judge for the annual MIT $100K Business Plan Entrepreneurial Award. He is Chairman of Fundraising for the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Dr. Curtis holds a BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, a Pharm.D. from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Carine Schneider, FGE is an experienced and well-connected leader and author in the private market and global compensation industry with deep experience working in consulting, technology & financial services. She is a co-founder of Compass Equity Strategic Advisors, a strategic advisory firm, based in Menlo Park, California. She was named one of the 100 Influential Women in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal (2017), one of “17 Women to Watch” in 2017 by Brown Brothers Harriman Center on Women and Wealth and received the 2019 ProShare Award for Services to Employee Share Ownership. In March 2022 she was named one of the 20 Most Inspiring Women Leaders by Women Leaders Magazine. In 2021, she published her first book, “The Democratization of the Private Market”.

Carine was formerly the President, Nasdaq Private Market (NPM), CEO of Certent, founder and CEO of Global Shares, Partner at PwC, Director of Strategic Planning with Morgan Stanley, President of AST Private Company Solutions, Inc. and was the Leader of the Global Stock Plan Services at Towers Watson. Carine served on the Board of Directors of Certent, Global Shares and The Professional Business Women of California (PBWC).

In 1992, Carine was the founding Executive Director of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). In 1999, Ms. Schneider founded the Global Equity Organization (GEO). After 18 years as Chair, Carine was recognized as Chair Emeritus. Carine was also a founding Board Member of the Santa Clara University CEP Program and served as Chair twice. Carine started her career as Manager of Shareholder Relations at Oracle Corporation where she assisted in the IPO and managed all aspects of the company's various stock plans.

Ms. Schneider was born in The Netherlands and speaks Dutch and English. She received her degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of California. She is a frequent speaker at conferences around the world, including President Obama’s 2016 Global Entrepreneurial Summit. She was invited to join the inaugural class of Fellow Global Equity (FGE) in 2019.
