Shipping and Returns


You should have received a confirmation email regarding your Logicmark order and shipping details. If you have misplaced that email or didn’t receive it, email us and we will connect you with your order information.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date for orders placed on and shipping within the contiguous United States. Products must be in re-sellable condition in original packaging. After we receive your approved returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. A Restocking fee of $6.95 will be withheld from each returned order. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all International, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses are final.
